Alicia Couto is a sustainability professional, speaker, teacher, and advocate of renewable energy, energy efficiency and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Alicia is an instructor at Lakeland College’s Sustainable Energy Technologies Program.
She is also a founding member of the Renfrew Solar Garden, a community-owned renewable energy project that is slated for completion in 2022, and has been an active Board Member with Solar Alberta since 2019.
Alicia is currently pursuing her Master's in Sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan. Her mission is to help in the transition to a more sustainable future.
